Your Bio
I purchased a digital camera in the spring of 2005, and the long dormant shutter bug crawled out of the woodwork. Where friends used to complain that I never had any pictures to show they are now complaining that I never put down the camera.
When I am not out taking pictures of everything in sight I enjoy sitting down somewhere with a good book, preferably science fiction or fantasy, and maybe some music to listen to while reading. I also enjoy sitting down with a nice pint of Guinness, preferably with company and good conversation.
Due to recent developments in my life I have also decided to start blogging again. I can't promise that I will always be timely, but I will try to put up posts about some of the major developments here: http://geoffrie.wordpress.com/ The two sites are likely to be closely intertwined since I often take my camera with me on outings and such, so if you want more than just the pictures you may want to visit my blog for the rest of the story.
